It is made of 100% polyester and is completely free of adhesives, irritating fibers, and harmful chemicals. The durable needle-felted surface allows the absorber to withstand more demanding environments while contributing to an effective reduction of reverberation and disturbing sound reflections.

The larger formats are mounted freely with brackets, wire, screws, or glue, depending on the ceiling construction and the desired acoustic solution. Brackets and wire systems are available as options, making it possible to adapt the installation to the ceiling height, load-bearing structure, and aesthetic requirements of the premises.

Durable and safe construction

SilentDirect PES Ceiling Industry is made from 100% polyester, of which at least 30% is recycled material. The material is durable and dimensionally stable, which means that the absorber works well even in environments where air circulation, temperature variations, and daily activities place higher demands on the durability of the materials.

The product is free from adhesives, chemicals, and irritating fibers and therefore does not contribute to dust dispersion or irritation in indoor air. It is odorless, mold-resistant, and is not adversely affected by humidity. SilentDirect PES Ceiling Industry is also fire-rated according to B-s1, d0 and CE-marked according to European standards for construction products, making it suitable for industrial environments where safety and long service life are crucial.

The 592x592mm size is specially designed for suspended ceilings with support structures, making installation easy in many industrial buildings. The larger panels offer greater freedom for free-hanging installation or mounting directly to the ceiling. Mounting options

SilentDirect PES Ceiling Industry offers several mounting options to suit different types of ceilings, environments, and installation requirements.

Without mounting accessories
This option means that no mounting hardware is included, giving you complete freedom to use your own fasteners such as glue, screws, or other solutions adapted to the ceiling construction.

With mounting brackets
When installing with mounting brackets, 4 mounting brackets are included for sizes 592x592mm, 800x800mm, 1000x1000mm and 6 mounting brackets for other sizes. Choose between mounting brackets – 0 mm thick for ceiling-close mounting or mounting brackets – 50 mm thick, which create a 50 mm air gap for increased sound absorption.

With wire suspension
When choosing wire suspension, a wire kit adapted for stable suspension. Each kit contains a coil spring, wire with eyelet, and carabiner with adjustable clamp. Hooks for attachment to the ceiling are not included and are selected based on the current ceiling construction.

What is the difference between mounting brackets – 0 mm thick and mounting brackets – 50 mm spacer?

Mounting brackets – 0 mm thick mount the absorber directly to the ceiling without an air gap and provide a discreet, ceiling-close look where the sound absorber protrudes approximately 50 mm, corresponding to its thickness.

Mounting brackets – 50 mm distance, on the other hand, create an air gap of approximately 50 mm between the sound absorber and the ceiling, resulting in a total reduction of approximately 100 mm. The air gap improves sound absorption and is recommended in industrial premises with high ceilings or where maximum acoustic performance is desired.

The choice between mounting brackets – 0 mm thickness and mounting brackets – 50 mm distance is therefore a question of balancing aesthetics and sound absorption. For the best acoustic results, distance brackets are recommended, while thickness brackets are an excellent alternative when a more discreet look is desired.
