Our commitment begins at the production stage, where we carefully select materials and prioritize recycled and renewable content. A large part of our products are made from polyester fiber, where at least 50% of the material consists of recycled content. By using resources that are already in circulation, we reduce the need for new raw materials and contribute to a more circular economy. In addition, our products are free from harmful substances such as adhesives and binders, making them safe for both people and the environment.

To ensure that our production has minimal climate impact, we only work with suppliers who share our view of sustainability. Our wood-based materials come from FSC® and PEFC certified forests, which means they are produced with consideration for biodiversity and ecosystems. By choosing certified materials, we can guarantee that forests are preserved for future generations and that every stage of production complies with strict environmental requirements.

We also review our entire logistics chain to reduce emissions from transport and distribution. Our packaging solutions are designed to be both resource-efficient and effective, allowing us to optimize the space in each delivery and thus reduce the number of transports. We only work with transport companies that offer carbon offsetting and sustainable delivery options, which further reduces our impact on the environment.

Within our own premises, we take responsibility by sorting and recycling all waste material. We only use 100% renewable electricity for our servers and have implemented energy-efficient solutions for lighting and heating. In this way, we ensure that our daily operations are as environmentally friendly as possible.

Efficient packaging and fewer transports
To reduce unnecessary resource consumption, we use smart, size-adjusted packaging that minimizes empty space in our deliveries. This allows more packages to fit in each transport, which leads to fewer transports and a lower carbon footprint.

Responsible recycling
We sort and recycle at all levels of our business – from warehouses and offices to canteens. This is a natural part of our environmental work and contributes to a circular economy where resources are reused efficiently.

Green IT – Sustainable server operation
Our servers are powered exclusively by eco-labeled electricity from 100% renewable sources. This means that our digital infrastructure has a minimal impact on the climate and meets high environmental standards.

Climate-compensated transport
We collaborate with DHL, which climate-compensates its operations by investing in sustainable development projects in developing countries. This ensures that our transport is as environmentally friendly as possible.

Locally produced products and sustainable supplier choices
We strive to manufacture our products ourselves as much as possible and primarily collaborate with Swedish suppliers. If a Swedish supplier is not available, we look for alternatives in the Nordic region, then in Europe, and as a last resort outside Europe. In this way, we minimize transport emissions and ensure the high quality of our products.

Energy-efficient lighting
To reduce our energy consumption, we use LED lighting in all our premises. LED lamps have a significantly longer lifespan and lower energy consumption than traditional lighting, which contributes to more sustainable energy use.

Sustainable forestry – FSC® and PEFC-certified material
A large part of our material comes from sustainable forestry. We work with suppliers who are certified according to FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification), which ensures that our products are responsibly produced.

What does FSC® certification mean?
FSC® is an international organization that works for sustainable forestry where ecological, social, and economic aspects are taken into account. Our suppliers have FSC® certification, which guarantees that the raw material comes from responsibly managed forests where biodiversity and local communities are respected. Our products may have the following labels:

FSC® 100%
The product consists exclusively of FSC®-certified raw materials.

FSC® Mix
A portion of the product consists of FSC®-certified raw materials.

FSC® Controlled Wood
Material that is not certified but still meets FSC® requirements for controlled forest management.

What does PEFC certification mean?
PEFC is a global forest certification system that aims to promote sustainable forestry. Our suppliers have been PEFC certified since 2018, which means that the materials in our products comply with strict environmental requirements and that forestry is conducted in a way that takes biodiversity, social aspects, and economic sustainability into account.

Did you know that sound absorbers can be made from recycled materials without losing their sound-dampening effect? Many people believe that only traditional materials such as mineral wool work well, but modern absorbers made from recycled polyester, textile fibers, and natural materials such as hemp or wool can provide equally high sound absorption—while reducing environmental impact.

Another interesting factor is that absorption capacity can be improved through smart design. For example, some sound absorbers can be shaped with diffuse surfaces or multi-layered constructions, allowing them to capture more frequencies without the need for extra thickness.
