The product is covered in removable, OEKO-TEX-certified acoustic fabric and is designed for environments where acoustics and aesthetics need to work together, such as offices, schools, studios, industrial spaces, and homes.

With a 50mm-thick core of compact needle-punched polyester, SilentDirect PES Wall Fabric effectively absorbs sound reflections, reverberation, and disruptive background noise. The result is a quieter and more pleasant acoustic environment, whether you want to improve focus in open-plan offices, create better conversation environments in schools, optimize the sound in a studio, or achieve a calmer living room.
The product is available in five sizes: 592x592mm, 800x800mm, 1000x1000mm, 1200x600mm, and 1200x900mm. The absorbers can be mounted both horizontally and vertically, offering great freedom in both planning and design.

OEKO-TEX-certified acoustic fabric – removable and washable
The fabric-covered surface is made of OEKO-TEX-certified polyester and combines functionality with a soft and elegant look. The fabric is removable and can be washed at up to 40°C, but only via a gentle machine or hand wash—not in a standard wash cycle with spin drying. The fabric must not be bleached, tumble dried, or mangled, but can be ironed at a low temperature up to 110°C and is approved for dry cleaning.

SilentDirect PES Wall Fabric is made from at least 50% recycled polyester and processed in Sweden. The material is free from harmful chemicals, odors, and allergens and does not shed irritating fibers. The construction is dimensionally stable, mold-resistant, and moisture-resistant, ensuring a long service life even in demanding environments.
Multiple installation options
SilentDirect PES Wall Fabric can be ordered with several different mounting solutions, depending on how and where the absorber is to be installed. This makes the product flexible and easy to adapt to different wall types, environments, and acoustic needs.
Without mounting accessories
This option provides complete freedom to use your own mounting method, such as adhesive, screws, or another solution tailored to the wall’s construction.
With mounting brackets
When installing with mounting brackets, 4 mounting brackets are included with each sound absorber. Choose mounting brackets – 0mm spacing for wall-hugging installation or mounting brackets – 50mm spacing, which creates an approximately 50mm air gap between the wall and the sound absorber. The air gap contributes to improved sound absorption.
With concealed mounting brackets
The sound absorber can also be supplied with CNC-milled keyhole brackets in MDF, permanently glued to the back with 100% solid, solvent-free adhesive. The number of brackets is adapted to the panel’s size and provides a stable, discreet installation without visible hardware.
What is the difference between mounting brackets – 0 mm spacing and mounting brackets – 50 mm spacing?
The choice between mounting brackets – 0 mm and mounting brackets – 50 mm spacing is a matter of balancing aesthetics and acoustic performance.
Mounting brackets – 0mm thickness mount the absorber directly against the wall and protrude approximately 50mm, creating a sleek and discreet look.
Mounting brackets – 50mm spacing extend an additional approximately 50mm and create an air gap between the wall and the sound absorber. The total projection is then approximately 100mm, which improves sound absorption, especially in rooms with significant wall reflections.
In summary, mounting brackets – 50mm spacing provide the best acoustic performance, while mounting brackets – 0mm spacing are the best choice when a closer-to-the-wall and more discreet installation is prioritized.
